* 2003 was the first year the conference split into two divisions.  North (small) and South (large).  Francis Howell competed in the South Division.  2012-2013 saw the conference expand again.  This time into 3 separate divisions (North, Central and South) based on enrollment.  Francis Howell remained a member of the Gateway Athletic South Division.
