Our goal is to help construct quality young men and women on and off the mat who understand the importance of hard work and giving your best effort consistently. The standards and expectations set in the program are extremely high and demanding. But when the program is completed, they will have the tools and self- confidence necessary to achieve their dreams and make them a reality
Is a lifestyle not because it is easy, but because it is difficult. We choose Viking style because it's a goal and expectations will serve to organize and measure the best of our energies and skills, because that challenge is one that we are willing to accept, one we are unwilling to postpone, and one which we intend to win.
